"Fly" work in progress

Today, I came up with a personal art with a concept "Fly". This art portrays someone who is failing at something, hence it looks like he is falling in the image, however, the man has wings to bring him up, which symbolizes that failure will lead to us finding the strength to do even better at whatever we are pursuing, thus, the man in the image is actually flying upwards despite his failure. I painted the man's shirt yellow so as to show optimism in him and basically used bright colours to show positivity despite failure. I thought about the colours for the buildings, and decided to paint them with a colour which blends in with the background so as to let the audience focus more on the man.
